Best BypassGPT Alternatives in 2026
BypassGPT is an AI humanizer: you paste machine-written text, pick one of three modes, and it returns prose the vendor says will read as human-written to AI detectors. A free AI checker from the same company sits beside it. It scores 2.9/5 on our framework, and the reasons are almost entirely about what the vendor publishes rather than what the rewriter produces. People shop around here for a cheaper entry plan, a free tier big enough to judge anything, and a vendor whose own pages agree with each other. The five below split into humanizers that do the same job on better terms and writing tools that do a broader job.
Why look for BypassGPT alternatives?
Start with what BypassGPT genuinely gets right, because at the top of its range the case is real.
- → A free plan rather than a countdown: $0 for 150 humanized words a month, 80 words per input, with no expiry stated on the pricing page
- → Prices are published without a login, for the app and for the separately priced developer API
- → Per-input caps are published per plan, 80 words on Free, 500 on Basic, 1,000 on Pro and 50,000 on Unlimited, the limit most rivals leave you to discover after paying
- → The flat Unlimited tier is $39.00 a month, or $19.00 a month billed annually at $228.00 a year, which is cheap for volume against any per-word meter
And the reasons people leave, all of them read off the vendor's own pages.
- → The entry plan is poor value. Basic is $12.00 a month for 5,000 words, or $8.00 a month billed annually at $96.00 a year, where Undetectable AI sells 10,000 words for $9.99 and GPTinf sells the same 5,000 for $9.99
- → The “3-day money-back guarantee” printed on every plan card is void once you use 1,000 words, a condition that appears only on the separate refund policy page. On a 5,000-word plan you can spend it in one sitting
- → The free allowance is quoted three ways across three of the vendor's own pages: 150 words on the pricing page, 300 in the humanizer FAQ, 250 in the API FAQ
- → The Unlimited card reads “Unlimited Words / month” and “Unlimited words per input”, while the plan configuration behind it records 3,000,000 words a month and a 50,000-word input cap. Generous, but not unlimited
- → The homepage tells students the tool “can consistently help you submit essays and assignments without breaching any academic guidelines”. That is a factual assurance about institutional rules, it is wrong, and we found no ethics or acceptable-use page anywhere on the site
- → The detector page advertises “100% accurate results” while the homepage advertises “100% Undetectable” output. One company cannot be selling both, and no legal entity, address or team is disclosed on the site

Undetectable AI · 3.6/5
Best for the cheapest metered humanizer with a documented API.
This is the closest thing to a like-for-like swap: a humanizer sold beside a free AI detector, on better terms almost everywhere the two overlap. The entry plan is $9.99 a month for 10,000 humanized words on monthly billing, or $5.00 a month billed annually at $60.00 a year, and the ladder climbs through 20,000 words at $19.00 and 35,000 at $31.00 a month. Twice BypassGPT's Basic allowance for less money is the headline. The controls are also more specific than BypassGPT's three modes: readability levels from High School up to Doctorate with a Journalist setting, purpose presets including Essay, Cover Letter and Legal Material, and three humanization strengths as a separate axis. The developer page documents six endpoints plus a Zapier integration, and a Chrome extension removes the copy-and-paste loop. Two things go the other way. Its trial is 250 words in total, on annual plans only, against BypassGPT's free 150 words a month with no expiry stated. And the same structural conflict applies: the company sells the rewriter and the detector that grades it. On price per word, controls and documentation this is the better buy, and it is the one to take. It also publishes an ethics page naming cheating in school and circumventing no-AI policies as unacceptable use; BypassGPT has no equivalent.
QuillBot · 4.6/5
Best when humanizing is one job inside a wider writing suite.
QuillBot is the entry here that is not an evasion product, and at 4.6/5 it is the highest-scored. The humanizer is one tool in a suite that also covers paraphrasing in nine modes plus custom tones, grammar checking, an AI detector, summarizing, citation generation, plagiarism checking and translation, with the Flow editor pulling them into one window. The free plan on QuillBot's own Premium page today paraphrases up to 125 words, humanizes up to 125 words with limited usage and gives limited AI Detector access. Premium is listed there at $4.17 a month billed annually; our QuillBot review records that as a discounted first-year rate against a standard annual list of $8.33 a month, charged as $99.95 a year, and $19.95 a month on month-to-month billing. Read $4.17 as an introductory rate, not the ongoing cost. The practical gap with BypassGPT is distribution: QuillBot ships add-ins for Google Docs and Microsoft Word, browser extensions and desktop and mobile apps, where BypassGPT is copy-and-paste unless you build against its API. Buy it for the rewriting suite. If your only requirement is beating a specific detector, this is not built around that promise, and many universities ban AI-paraphrased work regardless.
ToHuman · Score pending
Best for a rewriting step inside an automated pipeline.
ToHuman is the one to look at if the rewriting belongs inside something else rather than in a browser tab. Its free tier is $0 forever for 2,500 words a month with no credit card, including every humanization intensity, document history and API access at 60 requests a minute. Pro is a flat $19 a month for 100,000 words a month with the API raised to 300 requests a minute, and a $9 one-off word pack adds 50,000 words that never expire, with no subscription. Set that against BypassGPT's free 150 words a month and an API sold on a separate price list starting at $49.00 a month for 50,000 words, and the difference in how the two treat a developer is stark. Documented integrations cover n8n, Make, Zapier, LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen and an MCP server. The vendor also states the model is self-hosted, so submitted text is not passed to a third-party provider, which we report as the vendor's claim rather than something we confirmed. The trade-offs are real: one paid subscription tier, an allowance a daily writer will outgrow, and fewer controls than Undetectable AI exposes. But the $9 pack buys a block of humanizing with no recurring charge attached.
GPTinf · 3.3/5
Best for a cheaper entry plan and a free uncapped detector.
GPTinf undercuts BypassGPT exactly where BypassGPT is weakest. Lite is $9.99 a month for 5,000 humanizer words on monthly billing, or $4.99 a month billed annually, charged as $59.99 a year: the allowance BypassGPT sells for $12.00. Pro is $24.99 a month for 25,000 words, or $12.49 billed annually, and Unlimited is $59.99 a month, or $29.99 billed annually, uncapped. The rewriter names eight modes against BypassGPT's three, and freeze keywords locks names, citations and brand terms so the rewrite works around them. Its AI detector is free and uncapped with no account, and the free humanizer gives 120 words signed out plus another 120 once you register, 240 in total. Two warnings. The pricing page opens on the Yearly toggle and prints the discounted rate with a “/monthly” suffix, so the first number you see is not the number you will be charged; click Monthly to see $9.99, $24.99 and $59.99. And its pricing FAQ states that every plan includes “Ultra Humanization”, which “guarantees bypassing all AI detectors, without exception”. That is the same kind of absolute BypassGPT prints, it carries no method or date, and nothing here endorses it. Our review also records no API and no browser extension.
HIX Bypass · 3.1/5
Best for long documents on a flat monthly rate.
HIX Bypass attacks the one argument BypassGPT has left: flat-rate volume. Its Unlimited plan is $59.99 a month, or $15.00 a month billed annually at $180.00 a year, for unlimited humanizer words, unlimited detector words and unlimited input length. BypassGPT's equivalent tier is $19.00 a month billed annually at $228.00 a year, with input capped at 50,000 words. Below that, Standard is $14.99 a month, or $9.99 billed annually at $119.88 a year, for 5,000 humanizer words and 5,000 detector words on separate meters rather than one shared pool, and Premium is $29.99 a month, or $14.99 billed annually at $179.88 a year, for 50,000 of each. Both cap a single paste at 3,000 words. Two structural notes. The pricing page shows three paid cards and no free plan; the vendor frames its free access as a trial, so there is nothing matching BypassGPT's free 150 words a month. And bypass.hix.ai now redirects to hixbypass.com, so this is a standalone product with its own terms and support rather than a tool inside the HIX.AI suite, which most older write-ups still describe it as. At 3.1/5 it is the lowest-scored alternative here, for a familiar reason: the vendor's own pages disagree with each other.
Which one to pick
- → Undetectable AI is the straight swap: twice the entry allowance for less money, three separate control axes, six documented API endpoints and a Chrome extension
- → QuillBot if you are editing your own writing rather than laundering a draft. It scores 4.6/5, lives inside Google Docs and Word, and replaces a paraphraser, a grammar checker and a citation tool
- → ToHuman if this is a step in an n8n, Make or Zapier workflow, or if you want 2,500 free words a month with API access and no card
- → GPTinf if budget decides it: the same 5,000-word entry allowance for $9.99 a month instead of $12.00, and a free detector with no account and no word cap
- → HIX Bypass for flat-rate volume and whole documents in one paste: $15.00 a month billed annually, unlimited words and unlimited input length
- → Stay on BypassGPT only if the 50,000-word input cap on its Unlimited tier is what you need, and read the refund condition first. On the entry tiers it is beaten on price by two tools here
- → None of them if the text is graded coursework. That is the honest answer, whatever a vendor's homepage says

An AI humanizer that rewrites output from ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and similar models into more natural prose, with a built-in AI detector alongside it. Same shape as BypassGPT, same unconfirmed central promise.
StealthWriter ↗
Another humanizer-plus-detector pairing, pitched on rewriting AI-generated content so it reads as naturally human. It turns up constantly in this category's search results.
Humbot ↗
Sold as a broader study and writing assistant rather than a single rewriter, bundling humanizing with AI detection, plagiarism checking, grammar help and summarizing. Closer in shape to QuillBot than to BypassGPT.
