Best Rechat Alternatives in 2026
Rechat calls itself “The AI Operating System for Real Estate.” It is sold as four products that run alone or together: Studio for marketing, People for the CRM, Deals for listings, offers and closings, and Lucy, the AI assistant across all three. The buyer is a brokerage, not an individual, and that shapes every reason people look elsewhere: the price is never on the page, the purchase runs through the firm rather than the agent, and the scope stops at the brokerage's own four walls. The five below split into one that sells you the brokerage instead of the software, three that replace a single slice of Rechat for a published price, and one that answers a question Rechat never tries to answer.
Why look for Rechat alternatives?
Start with what is genuinely good, because for a brokerage that has already signed, the answer is usually to stay put.
- → One system covers the CRM, the marketing studio and the transaction file, and Rechat states each product also works standalone
- → Brokerage-level controls are the point: brand compliance, content management and advanced reporting for large teams, plus hierarchy permissions, privacy controls and a team switcher
- → MLS integration syncs photos, descriptions and property details straight into emails, listing websites and social posts, and Deals adds compliance checklists with DocuSign-integrated e-signature
- → Lucy takes voice commands, drafts email replies, builds a listing website in seconds and turns one listing into a week of social content
- → Rechat's own newsroom links August 2026 trade coverage of a Rechat MCP server and of Rechat integrating with ChatGPT and Claude
And the reasons brokerages and agents still shop around.
- → There is no price to compare. Rechat publishes no figures for Studio, People, Deals or Lucy; every route through the site ends at “Schedule a demo,” so budgeting means a sales call first
- → An individual agent cannot simply buy it. Rechat's own FAQ says it “partners directly with brokerages for purchasing,” so a solo agent or small team gets in through the firm or not at all
- → It is a roster-wide rollout. Our review notes that an all-in-one platform takes more effort to stand up than a single-purpose tool, and the value case depends on agents moving off tools they already like
- → The scope stops at the brokerage's own workflow: no consumer search portal of its own, no title or escrow arm, no investment analytics. Rechat integrates with Zillow and Realtor.com rather than replacing them
- → It scores 4.0/5, the lowest on this page. All five below rate higher, though each is doing a narrower job

How they compare to Rechat
Rechat is one purchase covering the whole agent workflow. Four of the five below cover part of it, mostly for a number you can read before you call anyone. Skim the highlights or click through for the full review.
Compass · 4.3/5
Best for agents who would rather join the firm that built the platform.
Compass answers a different version of the same question: instead of buying an operating system for your brokerage, you join a brokerage that built one. Our review records 33,000-plus agents across 400-plus offices in 96 markets, and an all-stock combination with Anywhere Real Estate completed on 9 January 2026 that left Compass the surviving public company, still trading as COMP. The in-house stack lines up with Rechat's four products: an AI-powered CRM with lead scoring, automated listing copy, AI valuations and market analytics, transaction management with workflow automation, and collaborative client portals, plus predictive models that flag homeowners likely to list. The catch is the one our review leads with: this is not a product you can buy, and there is no way to run it inside your own firm. Agents pay brokerage splits plus platform fees, with commissions structured like other full-service brokerages, typically 5-6% in total and split between sides. If the goal is the best agent tooling and you are open to changing brokerages, Compass is the stronger platform and the simpler decision. If your brand is the business, Rechat is the one that lets you keep it. Two cautions from the review: coverage is thinner outside major metros, and the commissions deliver no consumer saving.
AiLOQ · 4.1/5
Best for a solo agent or small team buying marketing only.
AiLOQ answers the agent who reads Rechat's site, likes Studio and then discovers that purchasing runs through the brokerage. It is an AI marketing and local SEO platform for independent agents, teams and small brokerages, covering listing descriptions, neighborhood guides, blog posts and social captions, local keyword targeting, schema markup, Google Business Profile optimization and CRM-integrated follow-up. It integrates with real estate CRMs including Follow Up Boss, kvCORE, LionDesk and Wise Agent, so it slots in beside your CRM of record instead of replacing it. The purchasing model is the whole contrast. Read from AiLOQ's join page on 28 September 2026, Basic Membership starts with a free trial and then costs $1.99 per month; Premium is $9.99 per month or $99 per year; Optimized is $39.99 per month or $349.95 per year, adding basic SEO optimization and a quarterly audit; and Brand Booster Enterprise Mini Website is $199.99 per month or $1,600 per year as a done-for-you tier. Card at the door, no demo, no brokerage contract. What you give up is everything on the Deals side and the CRM itself. Our review also flags a smaller operation than the legacy platforms and AI output that still needs a human pass for voice and accuracy.
Propy · 4.3/5
Best for replacing the closing file without touching the CRM.
Propy takes one of Rechat's four products, Deals, and goes much deeper. Where Rechat gives you listing management, checklists, MLS autofill and DocuSign e-signature inside a wider platform, Propy does AI contract generation, clause extraction from legal documents, automated title search with risk detection, fraud detection during the transaction, and optional blockchain deed recording. Since late 2025 it has pushed into being a title and escrow company itself, adding Agent Avery, an AI escrow officer that works around the clock, and in January 2026 it secured a $100 million credit facility from Metropolitan Partners Group to consolidate title and escrow firms onto the platform. The pricing is the other reason a brokerage looks at it: the vendor's subscriptions page, headed “U.S. pricing,” lists Propy Membership and Tools at $19.99 per month per user, self-serve and month to month with no contract or minimum, with buyers and sellers charged no fee when their agent is a Propy client, and a separate enterprise tier for teams, brokerages, REITs and escrow companies quoted after a demo. A transaction coordinator can pilot it on one desk. Three cautions from our review: blockchain deed recording has limited legal standing in many jurisdictions, not every title company supports the workflow, and the in-house title and escrow arm is concentrated in a handful of states including Florida, Arizona and Colorado.
Realtor.com AI · 4.3/5
Best for the consumer search and lead layer Rechat does not cover.
This entry sits on the other side of the glass: Rechat runs the inside of the brokerage, Realtor.com runs the shop window. It is a free consumer portal fed directly from MLS feeds, with RealEstimate valuations, AI property match recommendations and a My Home dashboard that relaunched on 9 June 2026 with buyer demand signals for homeowners who claim their home. The headline AI release is RealAssist AI, launched on 2 June 2026 and built with Google's Gemini and Google Cloud, which turns search into a two-way conversation and carries a buyer's budget and must-haves across sessions; at launch it was in beta for selected logged-in users on desktop, the Realtor.com app and mobile web. For consumers all of it is free. The agent side is advertising: zip code leads and placement through Realtor.com PRO products including Connections Plus, ReadyConnect Concierge and Market VIP, which our review notes are quoted to agents directly rather than listed. Treat this as a complement, not a swap: Rechat's own integrations FAQ lists Realtor.com alongside Google, Outlook, Zillow and DocuSign, so leads arrive from the portal and get worked inside the brokerage platform. Cautions from the review: a smaller footprint than Zillow, an ad-heavy agent directory, and no investor analytics such as cap rate or cash flow.
AirDNA · 4.4/5
Best for a brokerage with a short-term rental desk.
AirDNA is here because a real share of the people searching for a Rechat alternative are not trying to run a brokerage, they are trying to decide whether a property is worth buying. It tracks more than 10 million Airbnb and Vrbo listings, and sells two things: Market Minder for city and neighborhood analytics such as average daily rate, occupancy and RevPAR, and Rentalizer for revenue estimates on a specific address, with machine-learning forecasts and a natural-language assistant on top. Pricing read from airdna.co on 28 September 2026 is unusually clear for this category. The Free plan is $0 and marked “Free forever,” with a limited Rentalizer, limited market insights and for-sale property browsing. Market Research is $79 per month month to month, or $21 per month billed $249 annually, and adds the customizable Rentalizer, historical market insights, comparable sets and future demand data. Adapt Dynamic Pricing is a separate $20 per month per synced listing with a 30-day free trial. Property Manager, for managers with six or more properties, is quoted by sales. None of this touches a CRM, a marketing studio or a closing file, so it is an addition to your stack rather than a replacement for Rechat. It is also the highest-scoring tool here at 4.4/5. Our review's cautions: short-term rental only, and local regulatory nuance is not fully captured in the data.
Which one to pick
- → Compass if you are an agent rather than an owner and would change brokerages for better tooling. It is the closest thing here to Rechat's breadth, and the firm comes attached
- → AiLOQ if you are a solo agent or small team and the part of Rechat you wanted was Studio. It is the cheapest paid plan on this page and needs no sales call
- → Propy if the pain is the closing file, not the marketing. At $19.99 per month per user it is an easy pilot, and its title and escrow depth goes beyond anything Deals attempts
- → Realtor.com AI if what you actually need is leads. Run it alongside whatever platform you buy, because Rechat integrates with it rather than competing
- → AirDNA if the question is which property to buy and what it should charge. Start free and move to Market Research once you compare more than one market
- → Stay on Rechat if you are the brokerage rather than the agent. Nothing else here puts CRM, marketing, transactions and an AI assistant under one set of hierarchy permissions and brand compliance rules
Other Rechat alternatives worth knowing
Well-known options that don't yet have a full ToolChase review, so we give no score and no pricing for them here.
Lofty ↗
Lofty, formerly Chime, is an all-in-one platform for agents, teams and brokerages bundling a CRM, IDX websites, lead generation and marketing automation with an AI assistant, which puts it in the same consolidation argument as Rechat.
kvCORE ↗
kvCORE is Inside Real Estate's brokerage platform, pairing a CRM and lead engine with IDX websites, marketing automation and back-office reporting. For many firms it is the incumbent rather than a greenfield choice.
Follow Up Boss ↗
Follow Up Boss is a real estate CRM built narrowly around lead routing, calling and follow-up rather than a whole platform, which makes it the usual answer for a team that wants a CRM of record and nothing else attached.
