What Buzzy is

Buzzy is a low-code, no-code platform that turns a prompt, a Figma design, an AI coding agent via MCP, or direct no-code editing into working web and native mobile apps. Instead of generating a throwaway codebase, it builds a structured, semantic app definition (data model, screens, logic, auth, security) that its runtime renders and keeps editable.

Buzzy is also promoting Buzzy Next, an enterprise release that folds Builder MCP, security and privacy controls, automated testing, toolkits, and agents into the platform. At the time of checking it is waitlist based rather than generally available, so treat it as a roadmap item, not something you can buy today.

It suits founders, designers, and teams who want a maintainable, governed app rather than raw code to host themselves. The trade-off: you do not get exportable source code or full ownership of the runtime, so it is less portable than code-first tools like Bolt or v0, but far easier to maintain long term.

Free tier: free to start. You can build manually with the Figma plugin or the no-code Workspace without paying for AI. AI creation is priced separately from hosting and now runs three ways: Builder MCP driven by your own agentic coding tool (the route Buzzy recommends), your own OpenAI API key, or dollar-based Buzzy AI credits bought as you need them. There is no free hosting and no free-forever AI credit allowance, and Buzzy states outright that a deployment plan carries no recurring monthly AI credit allowance. Production hosting, custom domains, and app-store publishing all require a paid deployment plan. Hosting runs on DigitalOcean.
