Lite is $8 per user per month (list price $10) for 500 minutes per month and 10 AI Chat prompts. Pro is $28 per user per month (list price $32) and covers unlimited minutes for online meetings, 2000 minutes for uploads, and unlimited AI Chat prompts. Business is quoted on request, requires a minimum of 3 users on a 6-month term, and adds SSO, bot customization, a personal account manager, and an on-premise option.

Not as a published plan. MyMeet's pricing page still markets "plans from 1 cent per minute", but as of August 2026 every published tier is a per-user monthly subscription with a minute allowance, and there are no pay-as-you-go credit packs or minute top-ups listed. The effective rate is what drives that marketing line: Lite works out to about 1.6 cents per minute for its 500 monthly minutes, and Pro at $28 falls below a cent per minute once you pass roughly 2800 minutes. If your volume is genuinely low, the 180-minute free tier is the cheapest option.

MyMeet advertises transcription and meeting reports in over 100 languages, including English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch, Japanese, Chinese, Arabic, Russian, and most major European and Asian languages. Mixed-language meetings are supported with automatic language detection. MyMeet also states it trained its own model on Russian, so Russian-language accuracy is a particular strength.

Yes. MyMeet accepts audio (MP3, WAV, M4A) and video (MP4, MOV) file uploads for meetings that were recorded outside of MyMeet, for example, in-person meetings captured with a phone, or pre-recorded interviews. This is especially useful for journalists, researchers, and consultants who need to process external recordings.

MyMeet is the better pick if you want a generous free tier at 180 minutes a month, if you need transcription across a wide range of languages, Russian especially, or if you want to process uploaded recordings alongside live calls. Note that MyMeet no longer publishes pay-as-you-go minutes, so occasional users are choosing between the free tier and a monthly per-user plan. For consistent high-volume use, flat-rate tools like Fireflies ($10/user/month) or Fathom (free) remain better value.

MyMeet's published pricing page does not enumerate CRM integrations by name. It lists "all calendar and video-call integrations" on every tier, including Free, and MyMeet offers an API. Earlier MyMeet materials described Salesforce, HubSpot, and Pipedrive sync on higher tiers plus Notion, Slack, and Microsoft Teams connections, but we could not re-verify that list against the vendor's own site in August 2026. Integration depth is less mature than Fireflies or Otter, so sales teams with complex CRM workflows should confirm scope with MyMeet before buying.

MyMeet is GDPR compliant with SOC 2 certification in progress. Transcripts are encrypted at rest and in transit. MyMeet does not offer HIPAA compliance, so it is not appropriate for healthcare or PHI-regulated meetings, use Otter Enterprise or Sembly MAX for those use cases.

Yes. MyMeet dispatches a visible bot that joins scheduled calls across Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams, the platforms it currently lists. Participants will see "MyMeet" or similar in the attendee list, and Business-tier customers can customize the bot. If you prefer bot-free meeting capture, Granola is a better alternative, it records from your desktop without joining the call.
