Jarvis Meet lets you define custom workflows that trigger when meetings end — for example, auto-posting summaries to a specific Slack channel, creating tasks in Notion, updating CRM records, or sending recap emails to a distribution list. Workflow setup is moderately technical and requires some configuration, but once in place it reduces manual post-meeting work significantly.

Jarvis Meet supports Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams via bot dispatch from your connected calendar. It does not natively support Webex or phone calls. The bot joins scheduled meetings automatically based on calendar events. If you need Webex or phone support, Fireflies or Sembly are better fits.

Jarvis Meet is GDPR compliant with transcripts encrypted at rest and in transit. It does not currently offer HIPAA compliance, so it is not appropriate for healthcare or PHI-regulated meetings.
