Supernormal has three tiers. Starter (Free) gives 15 meeting transcriptions per month with basic summaries. Pro costs $25/month monthly or approximately $10/month with annual billing (a 60% discount for annual commitment) and includes unlimited meetings, CRM sync, and team collaboration. Business starts around $40/user/month with shared workspaces, admin dashboard, and dedicated CSM. Enterprise is quote-based. Annual billing saves 20% or more across all paid tiers.

Normal Notes are Supernormal's structured note format that breaks meetings into Context, Key Points, Decisions, Next Steps, and Q&A sections. The format is designed to feel more human-written than typical AI summaries and to be immediately usable for sharing with stakeholders who didn't attend the meeting. Teams can customize the template structure to match their meeting types (sales discovery, standup, 1:1, board update, etc.).

Supernormal is stronger than Otter on structured note output and feels more polished for sales workflows. It is stronger than Fathom on team collaboration features and integrations depth. Fathom wins on free tier generosity (unlimited free recording). Otter wins on live captions and the mature OtterPilot ecosystem. For growing sales teams, Supernormal is often the better fit. Supernormal operates primarily through browser-based meeting capture and a web dashboard. It does not have a standalone mobile recording app like Otter. For on-the-go meeting capture (in-person meetings, phone calls), you would need a different tool. For scheduled video meetings, Supernormal joins automatically from your calendar regardless of which device you are on.

For bot-free capture, Granola or Bluedot are better alternatives — they record from your desktop or browser without joining the call.
