Team is $20 per month billed monthly, or $18 per month billed annually, and gives 50 credits a month, no daily credit limits, credit rollover for up to two years, and unlimited seats sharing one credit pool. Business is $40 per month billed monthly, or $36 per month billed annually, and adds SSO, audit logs, data retention, and admin controls. Those figures are the US dollar prices for the 50 credit base, and the price scales in proportion if you select a larger credit allowance.

Normal Notes are Supernormal's structured note format that breaks meetings into Context, Key Points, Decisions, Next Steps, and Q&A sections. The format is designed to feel more human-written than typical AI summaries and to be immediately usable for sharing with stakeholders who didn't attend the meeting. Teams can customize the template structure to match their meeting types (sales discovery, standup, 1:1, board update, etc.).
